摘要
目的改进丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的薄层层析条件。方法用TLC法鉴别丹参中的丹参酮ⅡA。结果以石油醚-醋酸乙酯(8∶2)为展开剂能将丹参中丹参酮ⅡA和其他成分完全分离,展开的丹参酮ⅡA与对照品颜色一致。结论该法简便可行,重现性好,为丹参的质量控制提供了方法。
Objective To imprvre chromatographic conditions of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiza. Methods TLC method was used to identify tanshinone Ⅱ A in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiza. Results Tanshinones Ⅱ A colud be completely separated from other impurities with petroleum etherethyl acetate （8： 2） as the eluent. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiza.
