摘要
"以人为本"被运用到企业人力资源管理层面,从经济学意义上说,应该是企业和员工双方为了解决现实中由于信息不对称引所起的各种问题而作出的一种经济行为,是一种理性的选择。
The idea"Make people the center" is being carried out in al the fields of society. From the economics it expresses such idea as it is an economic behaviour and reasonable choice to solve the problems within the enterprise and the employees, which is amused by asymmetric information.
