摘要
目的:观察针刺结合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:治疗组40例主穴取腰椎病变节段及上、下各一节段的双侧夹脊穴,患侧秩边、环跳;配穴取下肢后侧痛取殷门、委中、承山,下肢外侧痛取风市、阳陵泉、悬钟,下肢前侧痛取髀关、伏兔、足三里。所有夹脊穴均用电针。对照组40例取穴治疗与治疗组相同,但不用电针。结果:总有效率治疗组80.0%,对照组65.0%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:针刺结合电针能明显提高疗效率,是临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症的简单而有效的方法。
Objective：To observe the effect of electrical acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation. Method： Treatment group accepted jiaji , zhibian, huantiao on affected area, and yinmen, weizhong, chengshan for pain of posterior lower limbs, fengshi, yanglingquan, weizhong for pain of outside lower limbs, biguan ,futu , zhusanli points for pain of anterior lower limbs . All jiaji points were used electro acupuncture. The same a- bove treatment of the control group but no current was used. Results ：The total effective rate is 80.0% of the treatment group , 65.0% of the control group. There is significant differentiation between 2 groups（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Electrical acupuncture is more effective than acupuncture for treating lumbar disc herniation.
