摘要
目的:观察中西医结合辨证治疗缺血性中风的疗效。方法:中西医结合组给予胞二磷胆碱注射液、脑蛋白水解物注射液、丹参滴注液,每日一次,并依据中医辨证使用脑通1号、2号、3号,醒脑1号、2号、3号中药汤剂口服;单纯西医组给胞二磷胆碱、脑蛋白水解物注射液静滴等治疗。结果:中西医结合组总有效率95.3%,单纯西医组总有效率73.6%,两组间疗效比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合辨证治疗缺血性中风,其疗效优于单纯西医治疗的疗效。
Objective： To observe the combination of Chinese and Western Medicine Differential Treatment of ischemic stroke results. Methods： Group for Integrative Medicine in the CDP-choline injection, brain hydrolysate injection, infusion of Salvia, once a day, and based on the use of TCM-1, 2, 3, Xingnao 1, 2, on the 3rd of oral medicine decoction; purely Western medicine group to the CDP-choline, brain hydrolysate treatment such as intravenous injection. Results： in Integrative Medicine group, the total efficiency of 95.3 percent, only western medicine group, the total efficiency of 73.6 percent, compared with effect between the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusions： Differential Treatment of Integrative Medicine in ischemic stroke, its effect is better than simply the effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.
