摘要
农村实用人才是建设社会主义新农村强大的智力支持和人才保障。福建省农村人力资源丰富,但整体素质较低,实用人才数量不足。重视并加强农村实用人才教育培训,把人力资源变成人力资本,是推动农村经济发展的有效途径。本文研究了福建农村实用人才教育培训现状及存在的问题,提出了加强农民教育培训,开发农村实用人才的对策。
Rural practical talents are the intelligence support and talents guarantee for building a new socialist countryside. Fujian Prpvince has abundant rural human resources, but their total quality is low, and there are insufficient practical talents, therefore, it is an efficient approach for accelerating rural economy development to attach the importance to the education and training of rural practical talents and turn human resources into human capital. In this paper, based on current status analysis, the countermeasures to strengthen peasants education and training and develop rural practical talents in Fujian are proposed.
