摘要
由于广州歌剧院钢结构施工的特殊情况,考虑采用250 t履带吊车在混凝土楼板上进行配合吊装工作。为此,需要对混凝土楼板进行加固,采用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对楼板加固进行分析计算并与现场试验结果进行对比,计算结果与试验吻合较好,能满足实际工程需要,对以后的施工具有参考价值。
As the construction of steel structure of Guangzhou Opera House is very special, the builders adopt a 250t track hoister walking on the concrete floor to cooperate with tower cranes in hoisting and installation. So the concrete floor has to be reinforced. ANSYS is used to calculate the reinforced floor, whose results are contrasted with the site test data. The result of experiment is in accordance with the theoretical prediction. The method of analyzing reinforced floor is effective and will be worthful for construction.
