摘要
通过举例分析了在电子产品设计阶段进行FMECA定性和定量分析,对产品方案设计和电路设计具有重要的作用,由此可以暴露设计上的薄弱环节和缺陷,制定提高产品可靠性的措施。因此,将FMECA纳入到系统的设计中,是实现高可靠性产品的有效途径。
The important role of qualitative and quantitative FMECA to the electronic product design and circuit design in the design stage was illustrated with examples. FMECA in the design of electronics can be used to expose the weak links and flaws and to develop actions for improving reliability. Incorpating FMECA into the design of a system is an effective way to achieve high reliable products.
