摘要
国外的警察教育模式与我国公安院校的教育模式有较多差异,国外警察教育的训练层次化、课程设置、教师队伍建设、学生培养等方面的经验为我国公安院校探索符合时代需要的办学模式提供了有益的参考。通过对国内外警察教育模式的分析、比较,结合我国公安教育发展的实际需要,借鉴和吸收国外警察教育中先进的做法,促进我国公安教育的可持续性发展。
There are many differences in the models of foreign and domestic police education. The educational experience of other countries in training levels, curriculum, teaching teams, cultivation of students is good reference for us to explore our educational models. We can use the advanced experience of other countries for reference to keep the persistent development of the police education of China, by analyzing and comparing the police education models abroad and home.
