摘要
采用表面分析技术,研究了铸造高硅不锈钢在98%H_2SO_4、70℃介质中,表面膜中元素分布及腐蚀行为与其元素所处价态的关系。试验结果表明,高硅不锈钢在浓硫酸中,表面膜因抗蚀作用不同可分为三层,表面层、中间层和过渡层。表面层及中间层都具有抗腐蚀能力,可阻挡介质对不锈钢基体的浸蚀,中间层中富集硅和铬,主要以 SiO_2和 Cr_2O_3形式存在。而镍富集在过渡层中,可进一步提高膜的稳定性。
In this paper,using AES technique,the relation of elemental distribution in surface film ,corrosion behavior and elemental valence-state of cast high silicon stainless steel in 98 %H_2SO_4 at 70℃ is investigated.Research results show that,a surface film is formed on high silicon stainless steel in concentrate sulphuric acid.The film can be divided into three layers due to varying function in corrosion resistance:surface layer,medial layer and interior layer.The surface and the medial layer possess the ability of corrosion resistance,being able to prevent the corrosion of stainless steel matrix by the medium.In the medial layer Si and Cr are built up mainly in the SiO_2 and Cr_2O_3 form.Ni is built up in interior layer,which can further increase the stability of the film.
