摘要
通过接枝共聚的方法在环氧树脂主链上接枝合适的丙烯酸酯类单体,制备出自交联型阴极电泳涂料。研究了合成树脂的配方和工艺,同时对所得漆膜性能进行了测试。结果表明:选用E-44环氧树脂,用丙烯酸酯单体对其改性,以BPO作引发剂,用量为单体总量的0.4%~0.5%,接枝反应温度为110℃左右,反应时间为6h左右时,树脂和漆膜均具有良好的性能。
The title self- crosslinked acrylate grafted epoxy resins for cathodic electrophoretic coatings were synthesized by grafting appropriate acrylic monomers onto epoxy resin. The formulation and synthetic technology conditions of resin were researched and properties of the obtained paint films were tested. The resuits showed that the modified epoxy resin and electrophoretic paint with good properties could be prepared with E -44 epoxy resin and appropriate acrylic monomers and BPO as initiator at 110 ℃/6 h.
