摘要
用稻壳碳化处理得到的稻壳焦制备了一种厚涂型防火涂料,隔热、高温、浸酸及力学等实验研究表明其在高温环境和酸性介质中具有较高的力学强度和优良的体积稳定性,稻壳焦的多孔性和其碳质粒子的红外阻隔作用、硅质粒子的化学和高温稳定性赋予其制品优良的隔热效应和耐酸耐热特性,其SiO2粒子所具有的水硬胶凝性起着增强作用,提高了隔热制品的力学强度,它是一种具有红外阻隔能力的低导热材料。与膨胀珍珠岩和漂珠相比,稻壳焦防火涂料在防火隔热性能等方面具有突出的优点。当涂膜厚度为28 mm时,其耐火极限达180 min。
Rice husk coke (RHC) carbonized with rice husk was used to prepare the title coatings for steel structures, which showed higher mechanical strength and good volume stability through the tests of heat insulation, high temperature, acid etch and mechanical proporties. The porosity of RHC, infrared shielding of carbon particle and chemical and heat resistance of silicon particle provided excellent heat insulation and acid and heat resistance. The SiO2 in the inorganic binder provided the hard gelling performance that enhance the mechanical strength of the coatings, which was an infrared slielding and low heat conductivity material. Compared to the expansion perlite and zeeospheres, the RHC -based fireproof showed outstanding advantages of fireproof and heat insulation. The fire resistant limit could reach 180 min when the film thickness was 28 mm.
