摘要
为了实现对单次瞬变电信号的捕捉与传输测量,采用虚拟仪器和传统仪器相结合的方法,通过一块多串口卡和一块多功能数据采集卡,将一台计算机和多台数字存储示波器连接起来,组建了一个通用的可扩展的基于计算机的仪器控制与同步测量系统,不仅能完成以前不能完成的测量任务,而且还可以对测量数据进行自动处理、计算以及波形输出等。结合阶跃电压信号在同轴电缆中传输速度的测量实例,详细地介绍了测量系统的标定过程,并对波形畸变的原因和系统测量误差进行了分析。
In order to achieve the single transient signal capture and transmission of measurement, the virtual instruments and traditional instruments are united. A computer and multiple digital storage oscilloscopes were linked by applying a multi series-port card and a multi-function data acquisition card, so as to build up a general purpose and extendable instruments control and synchronous measurement system based on the computer, which can not only realize the measurements that it cannot previously,but also manipulate, calculate acquired data, and output waveforms. The reasons for waveform aberration and measurement error of the system have been analyzed in detail by giving an example of measuring the transmission velocity of step voltage signal in coaxial cable.
