摘要
介绍了利用锥形穿孔机生产13Cr不锈钢毛管生产中所遇到的工艺问题。在分析实物质量的基础上,摸索出合理的加热制度及穿孔工艺参数,制定并实施了提高轧制工具寿命的措施,确保毛管质量和生产效率的提高。
The authors discuss the process problems encountered in the production of 13Cr stainless steel shell by the cone piercer,find out a reasonable heating system and piercing process parameters according to the analysis on the product quality,and formulate and execute measures of prolonging the service life of rolling equipment,which improve the shell quality and increase the productivity.
