摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定曲咪新乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德及硝酸咪康唑的含量。方法(1)采用C18色谱柱;以甲醇∶水(75∶25)为流动相;流速1.0mL/min;柱温为室温;检测波长为240nm测定醋酸曲安奈德的含量。(2)采用C18色谱柱;以乙腈∶甲醇∶0.5%的醋酸铵溶液(42.5∶42.5∶15)为流动相;流速1.0mL/min;柱温为室温;检测波长为230nm测定硝酸咪康唑的含量。结果醋酸曲安奈德在7.68~38.38μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996,n=5),平均回收率为99.8%(RSD=0.52%);硝酸咪康唑在85.10~425.52μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9993,n=5),平均回收率为99.9%(RSD=0.81%)。结论反相高效液相色谱法测定曲咪新乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德及硝酸咪康唑的含量方法简便、灵敏、准确。
Objective To establish an efficient liquid phase chromatography to measure the contents of triamcinolone acetonide acetate and miconazole nitrate in Qumixin cream. Methods( 1 )Using C18 chromatographic column,with the liquid phase of Methyl alcohol and water(75 : 25 ). Velocity: 1.0mL/min;The temperature of the column was the room temperature;The detect wave was the content of triamcinolone acetonide acetate mensurated by 240nm. (2)Using C18 chromatographic column, with the liquid phase of acetonitrile, methyl alcohol and ammonium acetate liquor in 0.5%(42.5 : 42.5 : 15). Velocity: 1.0mL/min; The temperature of the column was the room temperature;The detect wave was the content of Miconazole Nitrate mensurated by 230nm. Results The linear hypotaxis of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in the scope of 7.68-38.38 μ g/mL was all fight( r = 0.9996, n = 5 ). The average recycle ratio was 99.8% ( RSD = 0.52% ). The linear hypotaxis of Miconazole Nitrate in the scope of 85.10-425.52 μ g/mL was all right (r = 0.9993, n = 5 ). The average recycle ratio was 99.9%( RSD = 0.81% ). Conclusion It is a simple, flexible and accurate way for the reverse efficient liquid phase chromatography to measure the content of triamcinolone acetonide aacetate and miconazole nitrate in Qumixin cream.
