摘要
运用Suter液体晶格吸附模型,对支链淀粉酶、磷酸化酶在不同平均分子量的聚乙二醇-葡聚糖T500双水相体系中的分配系数作了推算,结果与实验值符合较好。
On the basis of Suter's liquid lattice model, the partition coefficients of pullulase and. phosphorylase in two aqueous phase system composed of polyethylene glycol and Dextran T500 are predicted. The results calculated are in good agreement with the experimental data.
