摘要
从合同管理、质量控制、职业健康安全和环境管理、成本控制等方面对国家体育场钢结构拼装工程的项目管理作系统介绍。在工程中运用各种项目管理工具,进行科学的组织协调、精细管理,运用动态控制原理控制项目的目标,对建设工程的施工管理有一定的借鉴作用。
It was systematically introduced the project management for steel structure assembly construction of national stadium in terms of contract, quality control, occupational health, security and environment management as well as cost control, etc. Various project management tools were adopted in the project to organize, coordinate and conduct management elaborately and scientifically. The principle of dynamic control was also adopted in the control of project target, which would be a reference for construction management of projects.
