摘要
设计了一种能够缩短喉管长度的多喷嘴射流泵。并采用k-ε湍流模型和壁面函数法对不同结构参数下的多喷嘴射流泵进行了数值模拟和试验研究。结果表明,喷嘴数和喉嘴距对射流泵工作性能影响较大;在吸入室及喉管入口处湍动能较大。得出了射流泵的最佳性能喷嘴数,确定了工作流体和被吸流体喉管混合均匀长度,验证了多喷嘴射流泵可缩短喉管长度,提高了射流泵工程应用价值。
A multi-nozzle jet pump was designed which can shorten the length of throat pipe according to the problem of the traditional single-jet pump with a longer throat pipe, which restricted its application range. The jet pumps with different structural parameters were simulated numerically and experimentally studied using k-ε model and wall functions. The results showed that the number of nozzles and the length of nozzle-spacing had a great influence on working performance of jet pump; turbulent kinetic energy was greater in suction chamber and inlet of throat; the number of the best working performance was obtained; the length of throat in which operating fluid and the drawn liquid was well-mixed was determined. That jet pump could shorten the length of throat pipe was verified, which could enhance the engineering value of jet pump.
