摘要
绿原酸、木犀草素苷是金银花植物特有的且具有清热解毒、增强人体免疫力等功效的保健药用成分。实验研究了金银花茎藤培养基培养香菇子实体中的蛋白质、香菇多糖以及绿原酸、木犀草素苷等的含量状况。实验证实,以金银花茎藤等为主要原料培养香菇,其蛋白质含量略高于栎木屑培养基,其特有的香菇多糖含量基本没有变化,同时含有较高浓度的金银花植物所特有的绿原酸、木犀草素苷等保健药用成分,赋予了香菇新的药用保健价值,具有良好的开发前景。
Chlorogenic acid and Luteolin - glucoside are special pharmaceutical component of Honeysuckle. This experiment found the content of protein, lentinan polysaccharide, Chlorogenic acid and Luteolin -glucoside in shiitake mushroom as stem and rattan of honeysuckle culture medium. The results proved that the shiitake mushroom had higher protein content, Chlorogenic acid, Luteolin - glucoside than oak sawdust medium. And the content of lentinan polysaccharide had no difference.
