脑外伤后迟发性脑水肿13例 被引量：1

摘要 脑外伤后脑水肿的高峰时间出现于发病后2～7天,持续时间约2周．多年来一直作为治疗脑水肿的时间依据。但自2003年1月以来，笔者发现13例患者脑水肿在治疗1周后反而明显加重,且3周后依然存在。现报告如下。
