摘要
针对丝杠传动中的冲击振动问题,应用ANSYS软件对新型陶瓷零件快速成型机的进给丝杠的动态特性进行了分析,并针对丝杠的刚度不足进行了改进,通过模态分析得到了丝杠的固有频率和振型。为丝杠进一步进行结构动态分析提供了可靠的参考依据。
In view of impact and vibration problem in leading screw drive, the paper discusses dynamic characteristics of feed leading screw for new style ceramic parts rapid prototyping machine, and how to improve its stiffness by means of ANSYS software, obtaining intrinsic frequency and vibration models of leading screw based on its model analysis. It provides reliable reference for further structure analysis of leading screw.
