摘要 煤层注水是回采工作面最重要的防尘措施之一。在回采之前预先在煤层中打若干钻孔,通过钻孔将压力水注入煤层,使压力水沿煤层层理、节理和裂隙渗入煤体内部,增加煤的水分,是从根本上解决煤尘产生的源头,从而减少、降低煤层开采过程煤尘的产尘量,降低空气中的粉尘质量浓度,改善作业场所的环境条件,有利于作业人员身体健康。利用煤壁短钻孔煤层注水是解决采煤工作面煤尘的重要措施之一。 Water injection in coal seams is one of the most important dust prevention measures in the coal face. Pre - drilling many boreholes before mining, the pressure water is injected into coal seams through these boreholes, the pressure water seeps into coal bodies along the bedding, joint and fracture of the coal seam, the coal water content is increased. The source of coal dust is fundamentally solved. Thus the production quantity of dust in coal mining is reduced and lowered. The con eentration of dust in air is reduced. The workplace environment conditions are improved. It is conducive to the workers health. Water injection in coal seams with short wall drilling is one of the important measures that solve the coal dust in coal face.
