摘要
如何发展赣南红色旅游是一个值得关注的问题.各级政府极为重视、资源禀赋十分丰富、交通状况较为便利是赣南发展红色旅游极为有利的条件,但还存在管理体制不完善,旅游管理理念相对落后;规划滞后,促销手段落后;资金投入不足;人力资源开发乏力等方面的问题,阻碍了赣南红色旅游竞争力的提升.通过实施产业升级战略、体制创新战略、人力资源战略、区域合作战略、宣传促销战略、和谐发展战略,有利于实现赣南红色旅游又好又快发展.
How to develop the red-tourism in Gannan is a matter of concem. There are some favorable conditions in Gannan for the development of red-tourism, such as governments at all levels attaching great importance, rich endowment of resources, and convenience of the traffic. But other problems include incomplete management system, relatively backward tourism management concept, insufficient capital investment, and lacking of talent blocks the development of red-tourism. With the implementation of strategy for industrial upgrading, institutional innovation, human resources,regional cooperation,promotional marketing,and harmonious development, good and rapid growth of red-tourism in Gannan will be realized.
