摘要 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和 N,N-二甲基乙醇胺为原料、吩噻嗪为阻聚剂、钛酸异丙酯为催化剂,通过酯交换法催化合成了甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEA)。考察了催化剂种类、催化剂用量(m(钛酸异丙酯):m(甲基丙烯酸甲酯))、原料配比(n(甲基丙烯酸甲酯):n(N,N-二甲基乙醇胺))和反应时间对合成反应的影响。由单因素实验得到优化的合成条件:m(钛酸异丙酯):m(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)=0.025、n(甲基丙烯酸甲酯):n(N,N-二甲基乙醇胺)=2.5、反应时间5 h、反应温度90~110℃。在此条件下,DMAEA 的选择性可达98.28%、收率可达97 99%。 N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEA) was synthesized by transesterification from methyl methacrylate (MMA) and N, N-dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) using titanium isopropylate as catalyst and dibenzothiazine as inhibitor. The effects of catalyst type, catalyst dosage (m (titanium isopropylate ) : m (MMA)), mole ratio of MMA to DMAE and reaction time on transesterification were investigated. The optimum conditions are obtained by using single factor test: m ( titanium isopropylate) : m (MMA) 0. 025, mole ratio of MMA to DMAE 2.5, reaction temperature 90 -110 ℃ and reaction time 5 h. Under the optimum conditions, selectivity to DMAEA is 98.28% and yield to DMAEA is 97.99%.
