摘要
分析了环形薄壁铸件的几种浇注方案。对于这种座体薄壁铸件,筋与壁的交汇处形成的热节,虽然不大,但也不能忽略,而采用将浇口直接开在热节处的多浇道方案,虽然工艺出品率有所下降,但却能有效地解决由热节处产生的缩松、缩孔等铸造缺陷。
Some kinds of gating systems were designed to produce a ring-thin-walled parts. Hot spot formed at congregation between rib and wall can obviously affect the shrinkage porosity (hole) defects in the ring-thin-walled parts. The shrinkage porosity (hole) defects in the castings can be obviously eliminated by multi-gating sketch with directly setting runner on the hot spot position, however, the production yield rate is slightly decreased.
