摘要
目的:分析血液净化治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)的疗效。方法:6例SLE合并TTP的患者均接受连续性血液净化(CBP),其中3例接受血浆置换(PE)治疗。结果:CBP治疗后,一般状况有所改善,特别是PE治疗后血小板、血红蛋白均有上升,血清肌酐下降,抗核抗体滴度下降。6例患者中,2例肾功能稳定,2例进入肾脏替代治疗,1例死亡,1例失随访。结论:SLE合并TTP患者病情严重,CBP联合PE有助于改善病情及预后。
Objective： To analyze the efficacy of blood purification in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE） patients with thrombotic thrombocytopenia purpura（TTP）.Methods： Six SLE patients with TTP underwent continuous blood purification（CBP）,3 of them treated by plasma exchange（PE）.Results： CBP,especially PE,improved the general condition of the patients,increased hemoglobin and blood platelet,and decreased serum creatinine and antinuclear antibodies.Of the 6 patients,2 dispensed dialysis,2 necessitated renal replacement therapy,1 died and 1 was lost in follow-up.Conclusion： SLE with TTP is a severe pathogenetic condition,CBP combined with PE may help improve the condition and prognosis.
