摘要
目的研究早期骨性关节炎(OA)患者的血清中抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体含量的变化,探讨早期OA的诊断,为早期预防和治疗、力争在疾病的临床前期或亚临床期就做出诊断提供可能。方法选用早期OA的患者作为实验对象,按照Ayral X的软骨退变的关节镜分级标准进行分期。运用ELISA检测早期OA不同时期血清中的抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体的改变。结果早期OA不同时期血清中抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体水平间差异有显著意义,以Ⅱ期最高,Ⅳ期最低。结论血清中抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体做为软骨特异性代谢标志物在OA的早期明显升高,可能与骨性关节炎的免疫反应引起的早期软骨破坏有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the anti-type Ⅱ collagene antibody and osteoarthritis and to explore the diagnosis of OA in an early stage in order to improve the diagnosis of OA and make it feasible to prevent and treat the disease at very onset as much as possible. Methods Forty-three patients with OA of the knee in the early stage were studied. These patients were divided into four stages according to the Ayral X′ grading scale which about degradation of cartilage on the arthroscopy. Results The levels of anti-type Ⅱ collagen antibody in the early OA correlated with the extent of OA obviously, highest in the stage Ⅱ lowest in Ⅳ. Conclusion The increased serum levels of the anti-type Ⅱ collagen antibody in the early OA maybe related with the immunoreaction which destroied the cartilage.
