摘要
为了研究甲烷变压吸附提纯装置工作过程中的安全性,研制了甲烷吸附塔阻火性能模拟试验装置。通过改变吸附层厚度、空间位置和工作压力,测试点火引爆后的压力和温度,得到了爆炸火焰穿透介质层的规律,并按照各个因素对火焰穿透性能的影响建立了指数评价公式模型,根据该模型可以判断甲烷吸附塔内发生火焰传播的可能性。
In order to study the safety during the working process of methane purified adsorption equipment, a set of adsorption tower simulated equipment is designed. Through alerting the thickness of adsorption layer, the height of gas layer and initial pressure and pressure and temperature after the inigiting and explosion, the law of explosion flame propagated adsorption layer can be obtained. A index assessment model has been established based on the influences of every factors on flame propagating performance and the possibility of flame propagating in adsorption tower can be judged by this model.
