摘要
详细论述了复杂路况下智能电子警察违章闯红灯实时抓拍系统的设计与实现。提出了动态模式匹配算法,该算法可以动态实时地建立采样比对基准;针对不同环境可选用不同的抓拍算法:对于复杂路况,采用双线触发模式,对于普通路况,采用区域触发模式;由于路况的复杂多样性,在系统设计时,设置了大量可动态调整的参数。最后简要讨论了构成整个系统的两个辅助模块的设计与实现,包括:违章图片文件传输模块以及图片浏览与人工过滤模块。实验表明,该系统能够适应复杂环境,具有很好的稳定性。
This paper discusses how a high effectively intelligent real-time peccancy snatching system is designed and implemented, which extraordinarily adapts to a kind of the complex environment. To effectively improve the robost, snatchingaccuracy and to reduce the count of incorrectly snatching of the Electronic Police Systems based on video detection technology, we give our own solutions. According to the result, it can apparently improve accuracy for complex traffic crossings.
