摘要
针对Protel 99 SE的模拟集成电路模型在模拟调制系统仿真中存在的不足,通过实例论述了用创建子电路模型和创建层次式模块电路来实现模拟调制电路的仿真测试,通过仿真结果显示了所提出方法的可行性。
This paper proposes a new method based on sub-circuit model and hierarchical circuit module to testing for analogy modulation circuit aiming at solve drawbacks in analogy modulation system simulation SE. The simulation results indicate feasibility of the method.
