摘要
研制某R-C光学系统的关键技术之一是制造有效通光口径为600mm轻质双曲面主反射镜,该主镜相对孔径A=1/1.2,轻量化率53%,材料为德国肖特(Schott)公司微晶玻璃。系统在红外波段使用。主镜的加工中采用了会聚光奥夫纳补偿检验,激光辅助调节光路等措施,也在支撑方法和夹持方式作了改进,采用了定点手修像散的方法,确保轻量化主镜的成功研制。系统对接检验弥散圆直径0.02mm,用WYKO激光干涉仪检测,系统波面误差(PV)值为1.23λ(λ=0.6328μm),均方根(RMS)值0.18λ,各项指标达到了设计要求。
Manufacture of big lightweight hyperboloidal mirror is one of the key techniques for the research of the Infrared R - C optical system. Its clear aperture of primary mirror is 600mm,lightweight ratio 53 %, and relative aperture 1/1.2. Elements of the primary mirror, glass-ceramic, are imported from German Schott. In the process of practice, some methods and technologies are proposed,such as Offner compensator testing,laser assistant Optic adjusting,improvement of the supporting and holding and fixed point repairing mirror with hand, etc. these ways ensure the lightweight mirror develop success. At last Spot diagram size of the system is 0.02mm; wavefornt error, peak to valley (PV) is 1.23λ (λ = 0. 6328 μm), root mean square (RMS) is 0.18λ, which measured by WYKO laser interferometer. The final result meet all requested.
