抽真空平板硫化机的实验研究

摘要 先采用不同的混炼条件与工艺对胶料进行混炼,再采用不同的硫化方式即采用150t抽真空平板硫化机以及普通的平板硫化机对混炼胶进行硫化,然后对两种不同硫化机硫化后的胶料进行物理性能测试。结果表明:橡胶在真空条件下硫化后的各项物理机械性能如300%定伸应力、拉伸强度、抗撕裂强度、扯断伸长率、硫化胶硬度等要高出普通的10%~20%,而且产品的品质十分稳定。同时表明,抽真空平板硫化机相对于普通硫化机具有高等级的精度,性能良好,是硫化混炼胶的理想设备。 We first use different mixing conditions and crafts to carry on the mixing, and different curing methods, namely 150 t vacuumizing plate vulcanizing machine and ordinary plate vulcanizing machine, to carry on the curing to the mixed iron-smelting for the physical performance test, and then do comparisons, enable it to exchange, and drive the vacuum vulcanizing machine improvement to have the guiding sense. The results showed that. each performance of rubber vulcanization in a vacuum under the conditions of various mechanical properties such as 300 % elongation, tensile strength, slitting-resistant strength pull apart elongation, vulcanized rubber hardness, is higher than normal by 10% to 20%, and product quality is very stable. Meanwhile the vacuum plate curing exhibits, in comparison with the general curing machine, highgrade precision, good performance, and is ideal for curing mix.
