就如何以人为本开展"三基"工作进行探讨。一是从员工的思想认识上下功夫,建立和完善教育机制,努力提高员工的综合素质。二是在员工的业务技能上下功夫,建立和完善培训机制,努力提高员工的业务素质。三是从员工的主观能动性上下功夫,建立和完善考核机制,不断激发员工的爱岗敬业热情。
The way to developing the'three ba- sics'work on the basis of staff is discussed.First, laying stress on ideological understanding of staff, the mechanism of education should be set up and perfected to improve the staff's basic quality. Second,laying stress on professional skill of staff, the training system should be set up and perfected to improve the staff's professional quality. Third,laying stress on the subjective initiative of staff,the evaluation mechanism should be set up and perfected to excite the staff's professional spirit continuously.
