摘要
为在石油库及加油站日常管理及作业过程中避免着火爆炸事故的发生,介绍了我国具有自主知识产权的 HAN 阻隔防爆技术的基本原理、技术特点及其推广应用的情况,实际工程应用证明,由 HAN 阻隔防爆技术改造现有运油车及储油罐,能够显著提高其本质安全性能,在环保节能和经济效益方面取得良好回报。
In the course of daily management and operation in oil depot and gas station,fire explosion accidents often occur in oil tanks and transport ve- hicle.The fundamental principle,technical fea- tures and practical popularization of HAN type ex- plosion barrier technology are introduced.The ap- plication results showed that using HAN type ex- plosion barrier technology to transform the tanks structure can greatly improve its essential safety and increase economic and social benefit.
