摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定尿素咪康唑乳膏中硝酸咪康唑的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18柱,流动相为0.1%乙酸铵溶液:甲醇(10:90),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长240nm,以苯甲酸苄酯为内标。结果:硝酸咪康唑在300-500μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),回收率为99.62%~101.6%,日内、日间RSD均〈1.5%。结论:此法快速、准确、灵敏、简便,能消除杂质干扰,适合于尿素咪康唑乳膏中硝酸咪康唑的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of content of miconazole nitrate in urea and miconazole cream. Methods:A Diamonsil C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.1% ammonium acetate solution-methanol (10 : 90) at the detection wavelength of 240 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Benzyl benzoate was used as internal standard. Results:The calibration curve of miconazole nitrate was linear in the range of 300.0-500.0μg/mL(r=0. 999 9). The reco- very was 99.62 %-101.6 %. The intra and inter-day RSD was less than 1.5 %. Conclusion: This method is rapid, accurate, sensitive, simple and can avoid the interference. It can be employed for the determination of the concentration of mieonazole nitrate in urea and mieonazole cream.
