摘要
为了解决码分多址(CDMA)下行链路中仅需期望用户的扩频码和定时的盲自适应多用户检测的问题,基于独立分量分析(ICA)的理论,采用探查性投影追踪法,结合负熵和修正函数构造出新的代价函数.运用非多项式函数简化了负熵运算,而采用修正函数克服了独立分量分析的不确定性.经过理论推导和仿真验证,该算法计算量小,收敛速度较快,在恶劣的信噪比和多址干扰中具有优异的信干噪比和误比特率性能,因此该检测器抗多址干扰(MAI)和远近效应能力强,很有实用价值.同时该算法对用户数敏感性小,在线处理方式也适用于非平稳信道.
A novel cost function combining negentropy and modified function was proposed in order to achieve blind adaptive multiuser detection in code division multiple access (CDMA) downlinks which only used the signature and timing of the desired user. The new algorithm managed the method of exploratory projection pursuit based on independent component analysis(ICA). The non-polynomial function simplified the algorithm and the modified function addressed the difficulty of classical independent component analysis's ambiguity. The theoretical analysis and simulation examples indicate that the algorithm has a fast convergence, good signal-to-interference-noise ratio performance and bit error rate performance in low signal-to-noise ratio and severe multiple access interference(MAI). The blind adaptive detector is not sensi- tive to users' number and is also suited for non-stationary channel due to its online algorithm.
