摘要 目的:探讨64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对壁冠状动脉的诊断价值。方法:528例可疑冠心病患者行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像,回顾性分析VCT确诊的65例壁冠状动脉的CTA表现。结果:65例共83段壁冠状动脉,发生率为12.3%。其中前降支占78%,左旋支占13.5%,右冠状动脉最少,约占8.5%。壁冠状动脉肌桥长度为7~32mm,平均21mm,厚度2~5mm,平均2.6mm。结论:64层螺旋CTA作为一种无创性的检查,在壁冠状动脉的诊断中具有很高的临床应用价值。 Objective: To study the clinical value of the 64 slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging in the diagnosis of myocardial bridges. Methods: A total of 528 cases with clinical appearance of coronary disease underwent the examination of the 64 slice spiral CTA, the appearances of myocardial bridges diagnosed by CTA in 65 cases were analysed retrospectively. Results: 83 myocardial bridges were found in 65 patients, the rate was 12.3%. The location in left anterior descending artery was 78%, left circumflex artery 13.5%, right coronary artery 8.5%. Length of myocardial bridges was 7 - 32 mm, with an average of 21 mm, depth was 2 - 5 mm, average 2.6 mm. Conclusion:As a noninvasive modality, 64 slice spiral CT has great potential value in the dignosis of intramural comary artery.
