摘要
目的了解北京市11所三级医院2002-2005年骨科手术部位感染率与感染变化趋势。方法利用病历首页数据库进行整理,根据手术诊断编码提取骨科手术病例,计算手术部位感染率。结果11所医院4年间骨科手术部位感染率0.14%,其中Ⅰ类切口手术部位感染率0.09%;Ⅱ类切口手术部位感染率0.65%;Ⅲ类切口手术部位感染率1.78%。结论利用病历首页库可以进行有关内容的统计分析,并且结果是比较可靠的;各类切口手术部位感染率有明显不同。
OBJECTIVE To analyzed the conditions and tendency of surgical site infection （SSI） occurring in orthopedics patients at 11 hospitals in Beijing from 2002 to 2005. METHODS By sorting the case history database in the computer, the needed case and relative information were first selected. The conditions and tendency that SSI occurring were described. RESULTS The ratio of SSI in orthopedics was 0.14%, from which 0.09% were in type Ⅰ section, 0.65% in type Ⅱ section and 1.78% in type Ⅲ section. CONCLUSIONS This paper shows that the different types of surgical section induce different SSI rate.
