摘要
运用文献资料综述法,并结合教学以及本人经验等对拼抢防守篮板球的技术进行分析及对其训练方法进行介绍,旨在从各方面透析防守篮板球的技术,以便更好的发展篮球运动技术的教学与训练水平.
In the article, the author mainly analyzes the cricket skills of defending and scrambling for the ball in playing basketball by using literature review and combing with teaching and his own experiences. Also, the author introduces the training method, for the purpose of analyzing the cricket defending skills from every aspect in playing basketball. Thus, the teaching and training of playing basketball will be well developed.
