摘要
"十五"以来甘肃高等教育克服基础薄弱的困难,把握全国高校扩招带来的发展机遇,从规模和内涵、从结构和层次、从管理和质量,诸多方面都得到了进步与提升;目前存在的主要问题是规模容量总体偏小,学科内涵式发展滞后,服务社会能力不强,投资渠道单一;建议坚持明确目标定位,优化类型结构,推进科技创新,服务经济社会,重申大学理念,关注职业生涯等方面的发展思路。
The higher education in Gansu Province has developed rapidly from scale to content, from structure to level, from management to quality by seizing the opportunity of colleges＇ opening their doors wider and overcoming the difficulty of poor educational base. However, there still exists a series of problems such as the scale is relatively small on the whole, the development of some subjects is relatively backward, the ability to serve for society is not very strong, the way to invest is too narrow. Therefore, the author puts forward some countermeasures： 1. sticking to some very clear goals; 2. optimizing the typological structure; 3. advancing scientific innovation; 4. serving for economic society; 5. reasserting the concept of running a school; 6. paying more attention to some latest developments in careers.
