摘要
文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对乌鲁木齐地区8所高校公体武术教师的年龄结构、学历层次、职称情况、专业水平等进行了调查研究,发现了目前乌鲁木齐地区高校公体武术师资方面存在的问题,并且针对所存在的问题提出了完善武术师资队伍建设的建议。
In this article, literature consultation, questionnaire survey, mathematics statistics, logic analysis method were taken to research the age structure, educational background, professional title and level, etc. of teachers in teaching public Wushu in 8 districts of Urumqi. It shows that there is problem in teaching staff of public Wushu in colleges in Urumqi. And suggestion is put forward to perfect the construction of teaching staff in Wushu aiming at the existing problem.
