摘要
介绍了配电网系统经消弧线圈接地、经小电阻接地和中性点不接地3种接地方式的优缺点。建议在电缆占主导地位的西安城市配电网中,中性点接地宜采用小电阻接地模式,并指出了采用该种接地方式的理论依据和保护配置要求及功能。
The advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of grounded pattern (ungrounded, gruunded through a low resistance, compensated grounded) currently used in distribution network are discussed. According to the analysis results, it is proposed that city distribution network mainly constructed by cable should adopt low resistance grounding scheme. The theoretical basis, requests & functions of protection configuration for adopting the low resistance grounding scheme are also indicated.
