摘要 因先天性小耳畸形、外伤、肿瘤造成的外耳缺损或缺失在临床中较为常见。目前治疗的手段主要是采用切取的自体肋软骨,并对其雕刻成型重建患耳。但其不同程度的存在耳廓造型不一,供区继发缺损等问题。组织工程技术嘲的出现无疑为无(微)创修残补缺提供了可能。目前的软骨组织工程技术主要是利用自体软骨细胞或成体干细胞作为种子细胞,接种在具有三维多孔结构的可降解支架上,通过特定的培养构建方法,最终形成软骨组织以修复缺损。
