摘要
目前国内固井质量评价大量使用声幅及声幅变密度测井,分析并克服其影响因素能有效提高固井质量评价的准确性。分析了利用声幅及声幅变密度测井评价固井质量的主要影响因素:仪器偏心、测井时间、套管型号、地层岩性、水泥浆配方等。介绍了川西和川东北地区天然气井固井常用水泥浆配方的最佳测井时间选择,提出了提高固井质量评价准确性的措施。分析结果及相关措施可供仪器操作员、资料解释员参考。
In China, logging companies frequently use both acoustic VDL and CBL data to evaluate cement bonding, so analysis and removal of reverse logging factors can greatly improve the accuracy of the cement bonding evaluation. Analyzed are the main potential effective factors of acoustic VDL and CBL. The main factors includes tool eccentricity, logging time, casing type, formation lithology and mud ingredients, etc. Introduced is the optimal logging time for local common-used water-based mud ingredents, and proposed are some concrete methods to enhance accuracy of cement bonding in west and north-east area of Sichan province, which may become a reference for field log engineers and log analysts.
