摘要
以灰色理论为基础,采用灰色预测控制方法,利用压电陶瓷片作为传感器和执行器对悬臂梁振动进行主动控制.分析了悬臂梁、压电传感器及驱动器的基本理论及灰色预测控制原理,设计了相应的实验系统,并搭建了实验平台.实验结果表明:利用灰色预测控制方法,对压电悬臂梁结构进行振动主动控制是可行的,且控制效果良好.
Piezoceram patches are used as sensor and actuator for active vibration control of cantilevered beam with the method of grey forecasting control, which is based on the grey theory. The principles of cantilevered beam, piezoelectric sensor, piezoelectric actuator and grey forecasting control are analyzed. A relevant experiment system is designed, and an experimental platform is set up. The experiment shows that active vibration control of the piezoelectric cantilevered beam by the method of grey forecasting control is feasible and the resulting effect is satisfactory.
