摘要
近几年,随着我国高等院校的大规模扩招,毕业生成倍增加,出现了大学生就业困难。同时,大学生择业存在着地域集中和行业集中的特点。从经济学和政治学分析了社会保障对于大学生择业的影响。提出社会保障是影响大学生择业的重要因素,并得出完善社会保障制度引导高校毕业生合理择业的政策建议,以促使大学生理性择业,缓解大学生就业困难。
In recent years, along with large- scale increased enrollment of colleges and universities in our country, graduates increased dramatically, and the difficulty of university students＇ employment emerged. At the same time, the university student profession choice has the characteristic of region centralism and the profession centralism. This article has analyzed the influences on the university students＇ profession choices of social security from the economic and the polities angle. It proposes that the social security is the important attribute which affects the university students＇ profession choices, and obtains the policy suggestions which consummate social security systems and guide university graduates to choose profession reasonably, so as to promote the university student to choose profession reasonably, and alleviate the employment difficulty of university students.
