The Preparation of Fowl Cholera Microencapsulated Vaccine with Ethylcellulose by Emulsion-Solvent Diffusion Method

摘要 采用乳化-溶剂挥发法制备禽霍乱乙基纤维素微胶囊,对制得的微胶囊外形、粒径分布、包封率及缓释性能等进行了研究。实验证明该方法制成的微胶囊呈球形,外观圆整流动性好,粒径分布范围在10-80μm,包封率70%以上,体外释放72 h的释药率为39.72%。由于该疫苗的抗原包丰率高,缓释性能好,且重现性好,简单易行,为日后应用于工业化生产奠定了基础。 The fowl cholera microencapsulated vaccine was prepared by an emulsion -solvent diffusion method and the conformation,particle size distribution,imbedding ratio and the sustained release behavio were stadied. The particle size distribution was found over the range of 10 - 80μm,the imbedding ratio was over 70%, the accumulated release rate was 39.72% in 72 h. The vaccine preparation was laid foundation for its industrialized production owing to its high imbedding ratio, sustained release, good repeatability and simple manufacture.
