摘要
针对岩滩水电站3号机组的振动与转轮裂纹问题,作者进行了相关的分析与探讨。发现是由于高水头部分负荷区压力脉动等4个原因引起厂房振动,由于制造过程中的缺陷等原因造成转轮裂纹。通过采取转轮的更新改造及泄水锥气水分离等措施后,机组振动及转轮裂纹问题得以解决。
Problems of vibration and runner crack of No. 3 unit in Yantan hydropower station are analyzed. It is founded that the vibration of workshop is caused by four reasons, such as pressure fluctuation of high water head load, and runner crack is caused by the manufacture defect. Several measures are taken to solve these problems, such as the improvement of runner and air-water separation of runner cone.
