客户关系管理系统(CRM)作为在商业领域被广泛采用的一种保持客户关系的模式,已被引入到医疗领域。医疗领域的特殊性使我们在医院中实施CRM必须重视其同医院信息系统的数据协同和安全性。以具体的实施,从方式范围目标等各个方面介绍了CRM在医院中的实现及应用。
CRM, a kind of widely adopted customer relationship maintenance mode in business, has been introduced in medical treatment. The specialty of medical treatment makes us pay more attention to the data synchronization and safety with data system of hospital while hiring the CRM. Here it introduces the realization and application of CRM in hospitals on all the aspects such as specific implementation, measures, range, target and so on.
