摘要
随着企业集团的发展,核心企业的规模边界对整个集团的规模具有决定作用,运用协调系统观与新制度主义企业理论相结合的方法对核心企业的规模边界进行分析,通过分析得到核心企业的最优规模点有重大实际意义。
With the development of enterprise groups,it discovers that scale boundary of enterprise group based on the scale boundary of its core enterprise. This paper analyzes the scale boundary of core enterprise on the theory of coordination systematic perspective and firm theory of new-- institutionalism,and points out the social rational boundary of core enterprise which embodies the essence of firm.
