摘要
通过对GH3030合金大型棒材产品的成分均匀性、冶金质量、宏观组织、显微组织的检测、分析和讨论,得出:GH3030合金(?)550mm电渣锭型锻造大型棒材产品成分均匀性良好,无宏观成分偏析;较锭型扩大前纯洁度得到了进一步提高,纯洁度较好,冶金质量较高;局部存在大晶粒,但能满足GH3030合金大型棒材探伤要求的评价。
Through examination, analysis and discussion on ingredients uniformity, metallurgy quality, macroscopic organization and microstructure of GH3030 alloy large - size bars , the practical results suggested that ingredients uniformity of the large - size bars forged fromφ550mm ESR ingot were excellent, free of any macroscopic ingredient segregation, the cleanliness was enhanced further compared with that of the products forged from the old ingot type , and the metallurgy quality was good. Although coarse crystal grain was existed locally, these bars could conform with the ratings requirements of defects detection.
